Ernest Dupont, Executive Director of Workforce Initiatives at CVS Health, sits down with Ideagen CEO George Sifakis at The Global Innovation Summit to discuss his experiences in all areas of CVS's business. Starting out as a store assistant manager, then store manager across the Mid-Atlantic, Ernie then moved to HR and became familiar with the hiring practices and talent acquisition of CVS Health. This experience ultimately prepared him for his current role, in which he explores non-traditional pipelines of talent to convert into valuable roles at CVS.

By removing barriers to talent, Ernie and CVS utilize partnerships to get involved at the community level and drive change within the organizations they serve.
